FANTASTIC NEW WEBSITE AVAILABLE FOR TOURISTS PLANNING TO TRAVEL IN AND AROUND THE DIVERSE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE

www.LincolnshireTouristGuide.com has just been launched by Lincolnshire business woman Gail Cooper.

The idea of the website is to empower visitors with all the information they need to plan their time in Lincolnshire”, Gail explained. “And that might be for a day, a long weekend, right up to the annual family holiday. Our website features accommodation, attractions, shopping centres, places of interest, activities and events – and that’s just for starters.”

The scenery in Lincolnshire is very varied, there are the rolling hills of the Wolds, the flatlands of the Fens and the coastal beach resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes. In addition there is also agricultural countryside to the west of the county and the Vales to the south, and, in contrast, the thriving cosmopolitan city of Lincoln.

Lincolnshire offers a host of things to do whether it be, tranquil bird watching or a thrill seeking roller coaster ride at a theme park. A visit to a historic town to allow you to admire the architecture and much more; or you could go rambling through the Wolds breathing the clean air and taking in the undulating scenery. Lincolnshire has it all.

Commenting on her decision to launch a website promoting her home county, Gail says: “I have spent the last 17 years of my career working in sales and marketing roles for local Lincolnshire-based companies. I decided after a lot of consideration it was time for a new challenge. When I saw the opportunity to encompass all of my passions – sales, marketing, tourism and most important, my love of Lincolnshire – by producing my own guide of the county for tourists, I thought it was too good a chance to miss.”
